Sunshine Coast Riding for the Disabled (RDA) Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation providing equine-based therapeutic and recreational riding and driving programs for all members of the disability community on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Our program days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We are closed Sunday and Monday. We are aligned with the State School system, so are operational during school terms and on holidays when the schools are on holidays.

Arena Hire
Yes, we do hire out our undercover arena and outdoor arena! If you are interested, go to Other Activities > Arena Hire to find all the relevant information and forms.

This Equestrian Australia program will continue on a fortnightly basis on a Saturday afternoon.

2017 program commences on 21st January at 2pm with induction activities.

Have you ever wondered about the EAL program?
Demonstrations sessions lasting 2 hours have been scheduled in May. They are free, however a donation towards farm upkeep would be appreciated.

A fun-packed day has been organised. Competitions for all will be available including the Hobby Horse International Sunshine Coast Mane Event Qualifier!

June / July School Holiday Camps
School holidays will soon be here, so it's time to start thinking about booking your School holiday camps.

They will be held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the holidays from 9am till 2 pm.
Tuesdays will be for beginner riders and Wednesdays will be for those who are more confident with their riding skills.
Costs are $80 per day for current members or $110 for a new member. Bookings require a 50% deposit with the balance to be paid 1 week prior to the camp.

New Volunteer Training - Orientation and Induction
From October 2016, new volunteers will be offered Orientation and Induction on the first Wednesday afternoon of each month, commencing on Wed 5th October from 1pm. Our next Orientation and Induction Day is Wed 3rd May 2017, followed by Wed 7th June.
Come along to see the programs in action and meet our wonderful team.

HELP needed! Our fabulous shop Manager Di is going on an extended holiday and we are seeking a new Manager.
Do you have the skills and commitment and would like to volunteer to co-ordinate the Shop volunteers??? Contact the Centre or Shop to indicate your interest.
Other volunteers in the Shop are needed too.
Thanks to the wonderful team of Volunteers, the Saddlery Shop in Yandina now has new opening hours.
It will be open Monday - Friday from 10am - 4pm,
Saturdays from 9am - 1pm.
